Athletes cannot expect to develop strength by occasionally training, nor develop mental skills without practice. Brooke brings an awareness of the importance optimal muscle control through her fitness program.
Brooke enjoys mentoring to female athletes about aiming high and the importance of self-esteem and confidence. Brooke specializes in the high-intensity training needed to play hockey at the elite level, which requires a commitment to making fitness a lifestyle.
